Renault Pass 2.0 and Dacia Flex: ultra-flexible leasing solutions in France

On 11 March, our French subsidiary DIAC is launching two new and even more flexible leasing solutions: Renault Pass 2.0 and Dacia Flex. Inspired by Renault Pass, created in 2019, these options allow customers to switch Renault and Dacia models penalty-free from the sixth month of the contract. With this launch, DIAC aims to further respond to growing demand from customers for flexibility and freedom.

Following its ground-breaking Renault Pass in 2019, DIAC is now offering its customers even greater flexibility with these new solutions.

Car leasing means freedom with Renault Pass 2.0 and Dacia Flex

Renault Pass 2.0 and Dacia enable DIAC leasing customers with a purchase option or a private lease agreement to withdraw from their contract free of charge and with complete freedom from the sixth month of the contract. This means they can change vehicle after six months if they wish. Customers are no longer bound by a commitment after six months and have the certainty of being able to replace their vehicle if they choose to, while benefiting from the certainty that they can trade in their current vehicle.

The solution also now includes a maintenance contract in the monthly leasing price, offering our customers a comprehensive service.

Customers can benefit from these advantages on various vehicles from the Renault and Dacia brands: Twingo, Clio, Captur and Arkana for Renault Pass 2.0 and Duster and Lodgy for Dacia Flex.

Two offers to respond to increased demand for flexibility from customers

Inspired by Renault Pass – the first flexible leasing solution with no renewal costs – Renault Pass 2.0 and Dacia Flex have been designed to meet customer demand and new vehicle uses.

Flexibility is the number one factor for customers when choosing their car financing. According to a survey of our customers in France, 97% consider contract flexibility to be the main factor in their decision to take out lease financing.

And for 52% of customers and prospects, the main obstacle to lease financing is having to keep their vehicle for a predetermined period. This figure is 62% for those aged under 55. Customers also confirm the attraction of new vehicles and the ability to have a vehicle equipped with the latest technology.

In general, customers have been won over by leasing solutions, which they want to be increasingly flexible.
